We offer guaranteed delivery for all orders originating within the United States.

Please note that "Seed" orders shipped internationally are excluded from our delivery guarantee, regardless of any circumstances.

However, for international "Merchandise" orders, we do provide a delivery guarantee.

When placing an order, it is essential that you demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of international shipping procedures, particularly concerning the shipment of Cannabis seeds, customs regulations, rules, and tariffs.

Will I get confirmation of my order? :

Certainly!

Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an email invoice. Subsequently, once W.G.F.T has verified your payment, we will issue a confirmation notification. When your order is prepared for shipment, we will furnish you with photographs and comprehensive tracking information.

Are these seeds legal?:

YES! Cannabis "hemp" seeds are federally legal and legal in most states in the USA thanks to H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill. The 2018 Farm Bill specifically made all ‘hemp’, meaning "the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis."

AGRICULTURE IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 2018 - SUBTITLE G—HEMP PRODUCTION.

SEC. 297A. DEFINITIONS.

(1) HEMP.—The term ‘hemp’ means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.

 

 

SEC. 12619. CONFORMING CHANGES TO THE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT.

(a) IN GENERAL.—Section 102(16) of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802(16)) is amended—

(1) by striking ‘‘(16) The’’ and inserting ‘‘(16)(A) Subject to subparagraph (B), the’’; and

(2) by striking ‘‘Such term does not include the’’ and inserting the following:

‘‘(B) The term ‘marihuana’ does not include—

‘‘(i) hemp, as defined in section 297A of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946; or

‘‘(ii) the’’. (b) TETRAHYDROCANNABINOL.—Schedule I, as set forth in section 202(c) of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 812(c)), is amended in subsection

(c)(17) by inserting after ‘‘Tetrahydrocannabinols’’ the following: ‘‘, except for tetrahydrocannabinols in hemp (as defined under section 297A of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946)’’.

How long do I have to pay?  :

Once an order has been placed, you have 24hrs to provide W.G.F.T with a payment update with up to 72hrs to pay by either: Credit Card/Debit Card, PayPal, GPay, Venmo, Zelle, Money Order, Cash App, Crypto/Alt-Coin or Cash! ( If more time is needed please reach out to see how we can accommodate.)

Do you offer refunds? :

NO! All sales are FINAL, but W.G.F.T. is more than willing to assist with any issues.

Where does W.G.F.T get their seeds & products? :

All products on W.G.F.T come DIRECTLY from our vendors/breeders/or international partners. These are NOT re-bought or used items. All product comes in original/sealed packaging.

What does "In Stock" mean?

If a product shows "In Stock" it's available to purchase now from any of our (3)

locations. (W.G.F.T Los Angeles. W.G.F.T Boulder, or W.G.F.T Las Vegas

(Please note all shipping times for "In stock" items will range from 1-14 days based on the contents of your order.)

What does "Out of Stock" mean? :

If a product shows "Out of Stock" that particular item is no longer available at any of W.G.F.T's (3) locations.

How does shipping work? :

Once your purchase has been completed your order will begin its shipment process. After W.G.F.T has collected your items we will provide you with a U.S.P.S. tracking number that will allow you to follow your package along its journey to you.

(Please note once an order has left the W.G.F.T. office we are no longer in control of your parcel's delivery times.)

How long does it take for me to get my order? :

Each order's contents are different from the next. Because of this, all order times may differ.  Processing Times/Shipping Times can be as quick as same-day purchases with "Dragon Express". Processing Times/Shipping time frames can vary, Additional time delays may arise as result of external facors beyond our control.  (For international orders please allow 14-21 days for your order to arrive after your order has been shipped.)  Please note W.G.F.T. is ALWAYS more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your order.
